Sandwich Scene - Burwood

I have turned on and off this place for over ten years, and the quality of food and service has always been great and very consistent. There is a large assortment of sandwiches and various other foods, and it is what I would call moderately inexpensive. The staff is always nice, and I believe it has never been a change in the owners. Try the biplane sandwich, it's delicious!

Love the attention to detail, tried several of their signature cocktails loved all the whiskey based ones , excellent service at the bar.

So this speakeasy bar is quite cute in that everyone dresses up and the cocktails are quite good.

The sandwich scene is located in burwood plaza next to lowes and offers them sandwiches that are made to order, and a small selection of sweets. espresso coffee is made with santos.
