Fusion Cafe - Burwood

One of the best afternoon tea place to go if they like HK-style milk tea and fried eating. it has great share and decent price about $30 for two for afternoon tee. suprised it has low score review on zomato. I hope it will be opened soon.

Do not get rid of the bad Zamato rating, this caffe is one of our favorite spots. as the name already says, merge brings a mix of eastern and western aromen, which are typical of hong kong cuisine. Whether they are looking for a fast snack or a complete meal, this place has covered them. we have available in the regular for the afternoon tea special from 2:30 o'clock to 5:30 o'clock.

Beef brisket Noodle lunch special $8.50 with a drink. Good value and decent eat. Well balanced flavours. Deep fried chicken, cooked to perfection. Chicken was moist inside and not dry. Service could be better? Perhaps a smile ...

It was the worst birthday celebration we ever had for Nan. Fusion's customer service was appalling. The waitress was rude, took the order incorrectly after we confirmed with her twice. When we queried, she told us they ran out of the produce. We asked for an alternative, she said there's no alternative and laughed. The dish was cancelled but we were over charged when the bill arrived. Neither the waitress nor the arrogant manager apologised for their mistakes. The food was below average, oily and salty.
