KFC - Burns Lake

This restaurant is REALLLLY BAD! I took my dog and me and they wanted to take the dog and cook itI couldn't believe it.

Ordered a big crunch combo and it was out in minutes. Prepared well and no issues. Good service from the counter staff.

Typical KFC. I usually find them pretty quick. When I'm at a fast food restaurant it's because I'm in a hurry. Never had an issue with the quality of the food at this location.

I came in from out of town and thought it would be nice to get a bucket for dinner for my family. I was told I had 30 min because they did not have 8 pieces of chicken. They were not busy at all. So...More

I am not sure what is happening at KFC, but it appears that there are only teenagers working there who are joking around and not taking their job seriously. I waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes before being told my order would be an additional 10 minutes. I ended up requesting a refund, and the employee had to call a coworker in the kitchen to figure out how to process it. The coworker apologized for his mistake and scolded him. There are plenty of individuals looking for employment who would take their job more seriously, so KFC should hire someone who cares more.
