Potter's Garden Korean BBQ - Burnaby

I have visited this restaurant a few times and have enjoyed my meals on each occasion. During my most recent visit for dinner, I tried their beef short rib soup with potato noodles, which I found to be delicious. The dish had a slightly sweet flavor and the beef was tender. We also ordered the spicy pork and squid, and were able to request it to be less spicy, which suited my taste preference. The dish had a good balance of squid, pork, and vegetables. Overall, the food was tasty and the service was satisfactory. I appreciated the convenience of the call buttons for servers, especially during busy times. I would definitely return to sample more of their dishes.

I've been here several times and food tends to be consistent quality. I usually order joomuluk BBQ, dumplings, seafood pancake and cold soup noodles. They have extensive menu but haven't really tried other dishes since I come here for BBQ. Personally prefer this place over Chosun bbq also in Burnaby.

My favourite Korean bbq place so far. Usually order one of the set bbq meals...which comes with variety of meats, japchae, soup, pancake, dumplings, rice, lettuce for wrapping (which I like since this is the way I was taught to eat Korean bbq from my Korean friend...disappointed that some places don't give you any lettuce at all and of course banchan. A lot of food which is always too much for 2 people so get to pack up to take home and eat later : lately I have been going there to eat other dishes other then Korean bbq. Really enjoy there fried chicken...the sweet sour one (don't remember the name was really yummy. Looking forward to going back to try other dishes next time :

Wonderful Korean grill. We had a beef and a pig BBQ. Both were very pleasant. The service was quick and friendly. Definitely coming back here.

Was looking for a late evening dinner in a Korean restaurant for good ol’ Korean BBQ. In Potter's garden. It wasn't there for a long time. Place was renovated, probably also new owners. Sufficient parking like in a small shopping center. The tables are not closed. We ordered the BBQ combo for 3. You have the choice to cook it yourself or cook it for you. Decide that they let it cook for me.... Service was pretty fast servers were politely accommodating. Food was good... no complaints... simple ban chan of 3 articles, kimchi, potatoes in sweet sauce the big head bean sprouts... Man the bean sprouts was very marinated... So yes, we ask for a bean sprout. All in all a delicious meal... Korean pancake was very crispy, her biscuits had a smoky taste to the noodles.
