Pizza Hut Burnaby

Feeling under the weather I ordered my children pizza for dinner. Not knowing what type of crust to order I chose off the picture. The pizza came completely burnt, rock hard and looking nothing like the pictures. I spoke to four different people, was bounced around and disconnected twice. Now my children are eating crackers for dinner and this single mother is out of $40 for nothing as I ‘may or may not hear back from someone’ I feel robbed. Seriously lacking customer service, even at the head office, not even an apology was offered.

I usually order from this store.Mostly , i like my food and sometimes i just through it. Today i order my box in which i select a pizza with 3 toppings and salt and pepper wings.. looks like they put topping only in the middle and from the sides it looks so bad.. no worth it.. however. I have tasted extra extra extra salt and and pepper on the wings. Which i cant even think to eat.Pleas prepare food with care and follow the instructons.

Warning: Beware of Financial Dishonesty! We have encountered a concerning practice at this location where the individual who appears to be the owner or manager has been rounding up credit card payments for take-out. Initially, we were unaware of this practice, only noticing it upon reviewing our bills at home. However, on a recent occasion, we confronted the individual when we caught him in the act once again. Despite our direct question regarding the rounding up of credit card payments, he just gave us a blank stare and kept repeating (almost yelling) the rounded-up amount with a dismissive attitude. Totally unprofessional and dishonest. Our family has been loyal customers here for a long time, we have consistently enjoyed the quality of their take-out food and have even been inclined to leave tips occasionally. However, we firmly believe in supporting ethical and honest businesses, especially after pointing out that only cash payments are required to be rounded according to the regulations of the CRA. What disappoints us most is the individual's attitude, as all other employees we have encountered have been friendly and courteous. It is unfortunate that the actions of this particular person, who seems to be the owner or manager, is tarnishing the reputation and image of an otherwise reputable brand. We recommend double-checking your bills carefully to ensure accurate charges.

I have always had a pleasant experience with this Pizza Hut location. I always get a personal sized Pacific Veggie pizza, or custom-made pizza with cheese, mushrooms, and pineapples. It doesn't matter if I takeout or ask for delivery, they always pick up my calls, serve me on-time, and they let me know how long my wait-time is for delivery and they come just in time or before the proposed time. My pizza is always so fresh and fluffed. I love that they have this personal sized that is smaller than a small for people like me, and that's all I really need to satisfy my pizza cravings. I love the cheesy-ness of my pizza! I never had issues with this location. I'll continue supporting this business.

Picked up a Pizza of the Day with extra sauce. The pizza looks very small, even for a medium size. There was no extra sauce and the crust was dry. I love Pizza Hut but this pizza was not good.
