Personas Patio Lounge - Burnaby

We were seated and our server did not come by for over 25 min to greet us or take our order so we got up and left Not impressed

We had surf and turf one stake was too tuff but the Prons were wonderful the waitress called us at 15 minutes before happy hour and I was given my drink 15 minutes after and was charged the later price The waitress was wonderful The Noise was not great either TVs on a ballgame and the music was just the base on nothing else The lights are also very hot shining down on us We used to go for date night once a week there but due to Covid we haven’t been it’s good most of the time And will likely go next week too good luck

Fantastic food. We both loved our meals. The service was fast and top-notch!

It was very nice place to eat. It will be nice if weekdays having some games or prizes made it more exciting Love the food there

Service was very poor. Our waiter kept forgetting to check with us for drinks or forgot to bring the drinks. They had many spots but they gave us a terrible place to sit where it was cold with air coming through the wall. I had asked to be moved but they said it was all full but after sitting there for 1.5 hour no one was sitting in the areas that I had requested to be moved to. The music was very loud even sitting far away from the stage. The DJ played very old songs and when I had requested to play a birthday song or more modern music he did not pay attention to my request. I do like the casino and where it is located. I have been there once before and the service and music was much better. Unfortunately, it was suppose to be a fabulous night to celebrate my birthday but the service was very bad. Food was okay though. Drinks when it arrived late was okay as well. So, people in the kitchen are doing a great job just need to train the waiters/waitresses to attend to clients and not forget what was ordered!
