Mama’s Rice Bowl - Burnaby

I have a plan to go to WorkBC there, and found that restaurant is just next to each other. I ordered 2 bowls to go. It was quite busy on lunch time. It was a cute little store on the corner. recommended.

If you're in for a little hole in the wall, Korean flavour, mom and pop shop. Well look no further. They offer daily specials and a pretty decent selection of rice bowls. You can get 3 sizes, small regular and upsized. I usually go for the upsize and I am stuffed. I haven't tried the other items they offer. They can get pretty busy from the surrounding workers in the area, but still fairly quick for how busy they are. Price is fair for the portion size. Parking isn't bad, just don't park in any reserved spot and you will be ok.

First time here because of the 4.9 reviews. Well, small cafeteria size but with amazing taste and size, comparing to the price is the unicorn place to come at bby. Will definitely come whenever working around this

I am so happy I found this place. I love their meat lovers and the bbq wrap!!! Almost tried their entire menu, and I don't think you can go wrong with any selection. Only issue is that they are only open for lunch during weekdays, and there is very limited seating which is usually taken up by construction workers. I usually just take it back to the office or home if there is no available seating.
