Chronic Tacos - Burnaby

This is only the second time I've given a fast food restaurant a 4-star rating (the first being In-N-Out Burger in San Francisco). I ordered the vegetarian burrito with jalapeños, medium spice sauce, black beans, vegetables, and spicy mayo. It was surprisingly good, with fresh ingredients, a great taste profile, and a quick ticket time of around 4 minutes. The lady who prepared it was also excellent. I'm not usually a fan of fast food, but I'm glad I found this chain and would highly recommend giving it a try. There are many Mexican food chains out there, but this one was head and shoulders above everything else I've tried.

After a long day of shopping, we decided to take a break at this stall in the Metrotown food court. The service was quick and friendly, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Typical Mexican food, but the prices you pay are quite expensive. Perhaps it is cause that it is in the mall and rent is high, but pay 5$ for a soft taco that has a table spoon of objects.... It's like 3-4 bites and it's gone. Burrito is thick, but most rice. The taste is her but for me the prices are high. Recommended use a voucher from Entertainment Book. I was still high. Make it to drink 2.75.

This is my visit to Metropolis in Metrotown. I refuse to eat any other Mexican fast food restaurant because they are all terrible, but Chronic Tacos does a good job. The burrito (contains the beans) and the tacos are my goal. The Burritos are HUGE and... Tacos are the perfect snack when you get two. I usually get Carnitas, but unfortunately they didn't serve the pig during my last visit. We had the Pollo Asado and the Carne Asada and they were all right. A little salty for our taste! We have discovered that they have some pretty delicious Churro bites..

While shopping at Metrotown, I decided to grab some tacos. I immediately noticed the unique approach to taco making at this restaurant. They assemble the tacos right in front of you, allowing you to choose your own ingredients similar to the Subway experience. The ingredients were incredibly fresh and the guacamole was exceptional. The tacos were delicious and reasonably priced, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I will definitely be returning.
