American Flat Bread - Burlington

Crowded but a perennial favorite. Food is great, beer selection is always superb. This is like the best of Vermont in one place. Very kid friendly and always worth the wait to get in.

The pizza was delicious but the best part? The fire. WOW. We had just finished watching UAlbany lose to Vermont in the America East tournament and it was like -20 that day with windchill (this is back in 2017). That fire was DELIGHTFUL.

I have driven across the country from the West coast to the East coast by car twice now, passing through 12+ states, and this pizza place is still my favorite of all the states I have visited. I wish they would open locations everywhere! The "new Vermont sausage" and "cheese and herbs" pizzas are absolutely delicious, not to mention their impressive beer selection. This place is definitely a must-visit when in Burlington, VT!

We went to this restaurant for dinner. We enjoy supporting local businesses. We ordered a large half cheese and herb, salsa tomato flatbread and a special salad with butternut soup. The restaurant had a patio in front and a sidewalk. The food was delicious and we particularly enjoyed the Stowe cider beer.

We had a great time dining al fresco at Revolution and enjoyed their flatbread pizza at socially-distanced tables with a central fire pit. The salad was tasty but a bit difficult to eat in that setting, so pre-tossing it and serving in individual bowls with smaller pieces might be a helpful solution.
