Mcdonald's - Burlington

It wasn't a terrible McDonald's but you know... Just your average McDonald's.

Went to mcdonald’s at 3am and ordered 2 quarter peers and the first job was so raw that it was cold in the middle and dripping blood and I went back and the dame was nice and gave me another job and it was again raw, cold in the middle and was so pink. cook must be changed dame in the theke was nice tho

One of the worst experiences ever. Service was zero stars. People dancing and yawning but unable to communicate. So called manager canceled my order after I was driving around finding where to pay. Unapologetic. Second manager at least apologized and got me my order. Excuse was they are understaffed. I was the only car there when I drove up. Sorry, new building does not make up for bad service.

Went by the remodeled burlington location and they didn't want to add cheese and charge me for it since I was a mobile order. ? Employees here are slow and lazy. They pulled me down to the 3rd window Then after a while they delivered part of my order I told her it was only part, she left and never came back.I had to call back into the store to get the rest of my order because they forgot, the manager came over laughing at his employee who wasn't paying attention, even left the window open.

This was our first time at the new building. It is clean bright inside. We received helpful service and our food was delicious. ?Food: 5/5
