Mcdonald's - Burlington

I want to start off by saying, I haven't been to a McDonald's in yearsssss. On Christmas Eve, I was traveling and they were just about the only restaurant open. Lady at the food window was SO pleasant andddd my food was hot and so tasty. I was pleasantly surprised. High-Five to McDonald's in Burlington NC.

Iconic old-school exterior with modern amenities I love this McDonald's they seem to be accurate and quicker than most McDonald's restaurant s only issue I've ever had was one time the put whipped cream in my wife's hot chocolate, but hey that not really my issue is it?

Fast reliable service. If you like their menu, you can't go wrong

This McDonald's has a design reminiscent of a 50s diner instead of a typical playground. The parking situation is a bit concerning, as it's located at the corner of a busy intersection, and with two drive-thrus, space can be quite limited. The new Big Mac with fresh beef was noticeably different and quite tasty. However, I was taken aback by the manager publicly reprimanding an employee about CRU or Crew—something specific to McDonald's. The way she addressed him right at the counter, where customers are entering and starting to look at the menu, felt inappropriate. The manager should have handled the situation with more discretion.

I really appreciated how quick the service was this morning, and I also love that they offer healthy options on their menu. I wasn't in the mood for anything greasy.
