Hong's Chinese Dumplings - Burlington

Wow! We saw a piece in the paper about Hong's and decided to try it. Just superb food. Very small space though so you may want to do take out. We had dumplings, scallion pancake, and fried rice. All were terrific! Be sure to try Hong's homemade ginger garlic soy sauce.

We had the most amazing experience today. The dumplings were on point and the sauces compliment them perfectly. It’s a must go to spot if you’re in town! I will be coming back before heading back to jersey tomorrow.

So delicious! Didn't know what to expect. We got 2 of each dumpling. They were all amazing. Our favorite was the pork dumpling.

Hong's is a comfy little restaurant. With a small space it might not be the best for a family sit down meal. Sit down eating is perfect for a group of 3. The exposed kitchen and friendly staff are very welcoming. I recommend you try the dumplings and the giant steamed bao if they're on the menu for the day!
