Feldman's Bagels - Burlington

Place seemed a bit run down, but staff was nice. Bagel was pretty good. Happy about the vegan offerings

If I could give no stars, I would. I went in for a bagel this morning April 22 around 7:00 am, the manager ?? was there with his young son. He was loudly telling another staff member No, don 't fire her. Just put her on the schedule for one hour a week for the next month and make her quit that way . There is nothing less appealing than listening to a manager broadcast the crappy way they treat their employees, and it really gives some insight into why this restaurant may be understaffed . Treat your employees with respect.

I got here around 8:30 am on a weekday and this place was packed. I got a bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel and it was really good. I'd come back again although I prefer Myer's Bagels simply because I love their Montreal Spice bagels.

As one who had been here often i am sad to say Feldman’s Bagels is on a downward spiral. After two attempts at ordering a lunch bagel i was told yet again they were out of an ingredient. When i finally got my wrapped bagel it was a mess both outside and inside…. I could go on.. i watched the help hand a customer a take out and apologize for not having any bags. What??? The facility was a mess.Don’t recommend!

I've been going here for years and lately this place is just never staffed. They had one person working the lunch rush on a Saturday taking orders AND making bagels. I understand there's definitely an industry shortage but either pay workers more or get better management I had to wait 40 minutes and then repeat my order, and I don't think their coworkers just ever showed up. It feels like the owners dont care about thos place or they'd come help when they're struggling.
