Rick Shores - Burleigh Waters

We went there in a raining night, three of us need help to find the restaurant, especially at night, as it rain,the view was ok, do believe if nice weather it will be so enjoyable, easy classic mordern in side, love the concrete table, also have out side sitting area, which the ocean wave just next to you, always fully booked, dish are mixed fusion,please see the pic thats we ordered, the curry for me is very salty, roti very easily to get cold, dessert are very normal, part from that, u can tell chef is a fresh herb lover, everything was ok, 8 out of 10, staff are lovely. Feel something missing for me to give a 5 star, but have to say good place for social and family catch up, can imagine must be a hot spot for interstate traveler as well. Definitely recommend.

Excellent view and attentive service, however the quality of the food wasn’t consistent the fried rice and the wok fired veggie were salty and had too much soy sauce. The bug roll was good but the Korean chicken roll was so average that I don’t remember eating it. The pina colada was so watery I couldn’t finish it. Overall a great experience, except for the food and drinks.

Wow, this was a real treat. My friend chose the location; it's one of their favourite cafes in the area. She had the seaweed rolls and a coffee, and I ordered the tofu slider and green. Both meals were small but packed with flavour and goodness. The drinks were lovely and perfectly made. Oh, and the view of the beach is incredible!

We had ten people for lunch. One vegetarian and me (vegan). They had no issues with vegan options for each course and the service was excellent. The location on the beach was amazing with great views. The tofu sliders and curry were the best. See the photos for each course.
