Bidrage med feedbackMy wife and I decided to go here after the local markets, it was an impromptu affair and boy are we glad we did. We ordered 4 of the share plates and 2 lemon lime and bitters to start off with. The first of our meals to arrive was a lovely croquette dish, this came to us as a serving of 4 croquettes and a lovely dipping sauce. The croquettes were very well cooked and the cheddar, sweet corn, and caramelized onion was a great mix, very sublime. This was offset well with the tomato and green chili chutney which to my liking was not spicy at all. The second dish that arrived was was a pork belly taco dish my one minor complaint was that it was smaller then I thought. But nonetheless a wonderful way to eat a taco and a unique dish, well at least to me. The tortilla was soft and the pork belly was very tender but my favorite part was the smoked potato aioli! The third dish we ordered was a personal favorite of mine beef cheeks in Pedro ximenes. The first time I had this dish was at MoVida in Melbourne and now I can thankfully say I don't have to travel to Melbourne anymore to get my favorite dish. Beautifully tender so you could cut it with a spoon and fantastically moorish a standout dish for me personally. Our forth dish was the western Australian octopus, both the potato and octopus were cooked very well and the chorizo gave a nice taste to the dish again beautiful sauces accompanied this dish a nice lead up to dessert! For dessert we ordered the chocolate chamboux, the chocolate was very nice not to rich the caramalized bananas, amazing and added with the honeycomb made you feel like you where eating a more sophisticated and tasty crunchy! The restaurant was modern and very inviting as Mudgeeraba locals we are proud to see new venues popping up in our backyard and a very glad to have morsels in Mudgeeraba. The staff where always attentive and on hand to help and the little added touches made an impromptu date night all the better for us! Thank you Morsels and we hope to visit again soon!
First time here last night, what a hidden Gem 5 minutes from home food was 10/10, the warm olives were the best I’ve had, spring rolls were fresh and crispy and the pork belly was also probably the best I’ve had it melted like butter organic wine was delish, I only would have liked a preservative free option but that’s a personal preference. Looking forward to coming back for happy hour as the cocktail list looked amazing! Also have to mention the music was perfect for a relaxing evening. Thanks guys, we will definitely be back!
Great little location and the food tapas is sublime in particular the green papaya salad ; the pork belly is to die for and the wagyu beef awesome really friendly service with live music to accompany lunch won’t stay a secret for long.
Excellent service with friendly helpful staff, amazing food, delicious cocktails! (a must try is the lemon meringue martini!! wow! why wouldn't you want to go visit? we will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful evening
We had dinner at Morsels on Saturday night and loved it. Amazing cocktails, food and service. And 2 mins down the road from home! The tapas are great and reminded us of some of the food we ate in Spain. Would definitely recommend for a lovely night out.
