I do not want to return to this place for ice cream drinks. the cup was filled with ice. so diluted, it had the taste of dirty water. the hired realized it didn't look right and did it exactly like that? also the menu said kokosmilch was available. the person who took my order insisted that they don't wear cocos milk not only that they were outside when I tried to clarify? the trip was super slow and secured at 10:00 on Saturday morning. next time we go to the menu and store.
Saturday morning and it took over 40 minutes to go thru the drive through. Service here is atrocious. Once you are in the car line you can’t get out with cars In front and behind you, the building to your left and a concrete wall to your right. No employee came out to tell us why there is such a delay. If they had maybe the drive thru customers would not have been so frustrated. Don’t go to this Dunkin’ Donuts on a Saturday. Half of your morning will be waiting in line. Extremely poor management which equates to poor service, which equates to decline in customers. Plus they only had men’s bathroom working, which my teen daughter she l had to get out of the car due to such a long wait did not want use and their unisex bathroom was not working. Not worth it at all.
Consistently bad service every time. Most staff has a bad attitude from the very first word whether it's drive thru or counter service, orders are messed up more than half the time and asking politely for the right order is met with more attitude. This location is also repeatedly out of the new menu items they're promoting. Wish management would pay attention to these reviews the community is leaving and try and make changes, I want to like this place so bad but every time is either a neutral or negative experience
I really hate leaving negative reviews, but after watching one of the employees interactions with a customer this morning I can’t help it. While I was waiting for my hot coffee, a young woman asked the lady working the orders where her iced coffee was, stating that she ordered at the same time as her friend which was completed a few minutes ago. The lady couldn’t find the order, gave the young woman an attitude, and then told her in a loud voice “not to roll her eyes.” Granted I didn’t see whether the young woman rolled her eyes or not, but it was absolutely uncalled for and several other patrons commented about how unprofessional it was. The store was busy, and it appeared that the staff was juggling a lot of call and walk in orders simultaneously. Several orders had been lost and even those that weren’t were taking a long time to complete. My own medium hot coffee took nearly 10 minutes to complete, but that’s no excuse for being rude to a customer.
When I ordered from doordash DD confirmed the order and didn't have ANY donuts. So basically they took my money knowing they couldn't fulfill the order. When I downloaded their App and pre ordered they charged me for 24 donuts instead of 12. The staff was not helpful and were rude. It took a week for me to get a refund. I won't be using their app or ordering from doordash anymore. The only way to ensure you get what you pay for is to show up in person.
