Bojangles - Burgaw

Order online and they tell customers that they have to come inside for their curbside order instead of bringing it out like the definition of curbside says. Their food is better than most fast-food places I've eaten at. Their employees need to learn respect and manners, because the way they treat their customers they need to rethink about their work placements, cause most employees are not people persons and it makes them ignorant and rude to their customers at the end of the speaker at drive-thru. The whole point of curbside order is to have the food be brought out to said customer not the customer go inside and pick it up, unless the choose the option pick-up at the counter. And hell if they wanted to pick it up they could have gone inside and order it.

I had just got off work went by Bojangles order a two-piece dark with unseasoned fries. I got a two-piece dark with seasoned fries. And by the time I got home I was sick. So no more Bojangles for me

Does anyone know how to season the fries, received my drink and it was 1/3 filled, the old women who handled my food was rude and also knew the drink was not filled, love paying almost $8 and having you steal blatantly from the customer, never going back!

3rd time in a row with my order being messed up in some way please learn how to count five is one more than four and a spicy chicken sandwich is not a blueberry biscuit just saying

Why are the tenders bite sized? You get nothing for your money here. Found a bug leg in my Mac Cheese. Customer service here sucks too.
