Bidrage med feedbackIt is one of our favorite places to dine when in the area. The pizza is thin, NY style. Have had different dishes from their cafeteria style restaurant and have liked everything I have tried so far.Vegetarian options: Salads, vegetarian sides, and dishes. Cheese pizza, 3 bean Italian salad, spinach salad, spaghetti with marinara sauce.
Great variety of authentic imported Italian products and a wonderful meat counter. No charcuterie board is complete without the Pecorino Romano Truffle cheese they have.
I had dinner here at peak dinner hours and there was a line. It moves fairly quickly, but be prepared to wait. (Think Porto's line.)I had spaghetti and it was okay. I love the giant meatballs that comes with it. I wish the spaghetti was actually drained that way the meat sauce isn't diluted with pasta water. The Monte Carlo Combination was really good and I think the best bang for your buck. For an additional $1 (for dine-in meals) you get 2 sides to choose from. The sandwich had a good ratio of meat and bread. The staff was great. You can tell that this place has been around for years and knows exactly what they're doing. After dinner you can have some cookies (that are weighed) or gelato for dessert. There is also a small grocery store and fresh meats which is also a huge plus for this place.
Reminds me of the Italian deli/markets in the North East. Good selection of food products and fresh bread. Prices are reasonable.
I went to the hot foods side and ordered the butternut squash ravioli and oh dang it was so freaking good! It was creamy, full of flavor, and wasn't greasy. It comes with garlic bread to pick up all that sauce...yum.The line can be a bit chaotic but persevere and it will be worth it.
