Delicious experience, local 5 minutes from the center of Diamante. we stayed at dinner in this restaurant with friends for a weekend, we ate from the appetizer to the first dishes to finish with the grilled meat to say little excellent. Friendly and friendly staff seems to be at your home. We will gladly return

Dream of a mid-summer night.....in fact, dinner was only a nice dream, for the rest my wc still lagna!! As soon as he stepped out of the car he greeted us with an inviting bar/bacco/tabacco. Once the right door has been identified, we have entered a tent used as a circus of a stun of waiters and restaurateurs waiting for the chickens to be domesticated! Did we sit along the entrance where there was the passage to the kitchen, with behind the wood oven for the pizza and the grill for the meat in front: imagine that enjoyuria, being there already a temperature of 37 degrees outside, gently mitigated inside from the plastic greenhouse cover maybe green house=cream of cultivation, refers to the fact that customers are cooked as zucchini and treated as if they were cucumbers? ! In fact, they brought us for starter 7 bowls of delights for the choppy palate for the bau from the unidentified content but that certainly helped to dispose of all the leftovers of a year of the kitchen beans with pieces of meat/ bread/cooks? zucchini with egg/ tomatoes/ provola? ... As if the excellent quality of the dishes is not enough, the waiters, 12 in the room, each of them passing through there “rubed” a bowl of choppy, full or empty. Damn you! The delicious appetizer also consisted of a delicious dish full of local meats at km 0: in fact, the hard discount where they were compartments is not far from the greenhouse tent. Among the local specialties in the dish of special mention meats deserve half a slice sbilenca of mortadella local Bolognese and a torinese grissino broken in 2 with over past baked at the least worse the famous local ricotta of their production of Vallelata! . It should be pointed out that Diamante is the Italian capital of chili where the academy is located where every year the festival dedicated to this vegetable is held, having gentlemen you will not find in any restaurant only one seedling of chili or fresh or dried chili of the place that is brought to the table. At our request of having someone fresh it was brought into a plastic bowl of choppy, with a teaspoon recycled plastic, a fresh dried chilli ammossed and dressing with expired chilli! Sigh! The first, which by mistake arrived after the second, sent back, were disgusting gnocchi from discount with the infamous Diamond mortadella, in fact, this town is known for the production of mortadella, useless to say that they remained in the dish as well as the raw shalatielli. But the beauty had yet to come we ordered 3 seconds of sausage and one of sausages and ribs. This last dish arrived when we were ready to leave, the sausages unfortunately were the ones previously sent back, since they had arrived instead of the delicious first and that teatralmente Ciro had pretended, cleverly, to throw in a cardboard, except to repeat them from the box during a magic show that pulls out the rabbit from the hat! The sausages were disgusting chopped meat inside a gut, left raw and served us cold, you know during fishing the food on cool! A gourmet delicacy of the house was served by the contour: one refined salad in bustè de marc... of fact we have served a salad so in advanced state of decomposition to be found in the bottom of the green and brown lemon, to our requests to replace the dish was brought back to the table, after the domatore of sausages had turned it on below, the same identical dish of before. At that point it was asked to waiters if they had already slaughtered the pig at home and had not to whom to feed this salad and had exchanged us for pigs! Disgusta, affaticati, accaldati, sweaty, private and gastruenteretizzato ran towards the exit, fearing we could also propose their desserts...we would not have arrived to the car without visiting the toilets of the restaurant in such case. Unfortunately, neither the salad, nor the meat never arrived had been removed from the account, but it was promptly depended by the boy at the cash! For the rest honestly, there is nothing to complain about, now, fortunately, we are all good and we are at home, but Tino my bagnettino has had hard times, Ciro has made us a good shot!

Bad service to say a little, the waiters seem randomly taken without any professionalism and experience. We were in 7 people all we ordered only meat to the grill, they start to arrive a series of unsolicited appetizers and when it is pointed out to the waiters, not to one but to two waiters, the answer was that it had to bring us. Then we eat them. Arriving grilled chicken was raw had blood attached to the bone, the contours all wrong also answered them that they had (only fries) it would have been oppurtuno to inform us at the time of ordering that the requested things on the menu were not available. We ask to bring more wine and does not come as well as water, urging the waiters each answered ah I do not know I did not take the command despite we were asking again. To which we surrender decide to finish the dinner with coffee and bitters, ordered 3 times always to the thousand waiters, arrive unsolicited bitters. We decide not to say anything since in the end it seemed like a joke, at the time of paying we point out how successful and the guilt was of too much affluence , perhaps if you are not able to manage all the clientele it would be better not to make it fit by pointing out that it was our mistake to eat the appetizers and that it should have put the waiter back at his expense since they removed them from the total. Too bad because the kitchen would have potential. We won't be back.
