Cowboys Bbq - Buon Ma Thuot

I’m confuse. It’s name “Cowboy BBQ” so I’m assumed it should have BBQ stuff from Texas in US. However, it’s just a Eastern name but with a typical Vietnamese drinking restaurant. I had to get some food since I’m already there. Food rating is eatable. Not so exotic like I would expected. 3 stars for the food and decoration

Half cooked mutton which made me and my girlfriend stomachache whole night. chef cooked by few teenage tattoo boys. unprofessional with poor food hygiene. pls check their kitchen before you place next order. waitress staff attitude poor and aloof!
