Blue Garden Restaurant - Bundaberg

We stumbled over this restaurant while we were in bundaberg and what a great foundation. we drove past and then couldn't work out where to go to the restaurant, but don't let it go. we chose the banquet for 2. the extensive menu and it dint disappointed. If you live good old Chinese cuisine, that's for you.

We had many Chinese meals in bundaberg from various restaurants and today we thought we would try to takeaway from here, from the front of the shop it is not very welcoming, but don't let this out, the eating was excellent and freshly cooked, you can cook the cook cooking in the woks while we waited to see. our selection was much better than many other places that we have tried and we will be safe again. it is also nice to see that with all the cost goes up for everything and what they go down here they still go a large portion and still at a great price that is not told about most other places in bundaberg, bravo to you all

This time the meal was not as good as the previous times we were there. the meal times were not plated as they will see from the photo....it was ok. but seemed like the fried rice heated up in the microwave and not cooked...fresh it was an ok meal, but would not order the same dish again. has not liked to see the kitchen with all cleaning goods on the counter next to the damper!

A few empty tables from the front nobody could serve us until we called. not a stupid start. a friendly dame then sent us to the back of the building where they could dine in the open or in a nicely decorated room....I was glad to be asked if I would check in via the QR code. then our Oolong tea was quickly brought out. our roasted canton style with separate plant sauce soon came after. it was the best I ever had, this is the only food I ordered in any Chinese restaurant. the seafood combination of my manne came quickly after it was also an excellent dish. we will definitely return. highly recommended.

Absolutely the best Chinese we have ever had and we have had a lot of Chinese meals. Definitely back whenever we are in the area.
