Trying to speak to someone about our Xmas dinner booking it’s impossible only a robot then the number rings out We’ve emailed as well 3 times but with no response awful If we haven’t heard by tomorrow we’re just going to cancel as we don’t think my children will get a meal that they can eat Service: 1

The room was really clean and tidy. The whole pub and hotel felt very homely. The service in the restaurant (especially Coral the waitress) was very welcoming and kind! Definitely recommend! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

I was charged over £50 for same round of drinks that someone else paid just over £38 for but didn't realise at the time

I stayed here when I had a small vacation in the area. A nice Victorian style setting. Rooms were clean and nice, mad space on the common great walks and views. Proper good food and sweet and Kind service. I remember specifically a guy who did sick impressions at the bar, a kind dark haired girl with lovely manners, a sweet lady at Breakfast named Coral and I think I met the boss Sarah I believe?
