Bidrage med feedbackOur server was great and so nice but the food sucked soooooo bad. Frys were cold and coleslaw had no flavor. The omelet was not hot and the cheese not fully melted. Super greasy. The bacon was cold and soggy.
Beautiful view that is why I'm giving it 2 stars. Ordered chili and I could only tolerate 2 bites it was disgusting like something you get at a gas station for your nachos. Yuck
Always awesome food, but the elderly female at the register named Gary P. Was RUDE and acted like she didn 't want to deal with my husband and I. Not sure if she was having a bad day or just didn 't like us. We had already waited 15 mins. After we ate, to get our check and never received it, so we tried to go and pay and she gave us hell about HAVING to have a ticket. After we got the ticket, she gave us trouble when we wanted to split the table 's check because it was 2 couples and the waiter never asked if it was split or same check. Next the I see Ms. Gary P. At the register, I will not be eating there.
I wasn 't impressed at all dinning here. We were seated and given menus. When our waitress came to our table the first statement she made was, Have you decided what you want yet ? (not a very friendly greeting) I ordered the salmon dinner and had to turn it back because of all the bones in it. My baked potato was luke-warm at best, not even to the point that it would melt butter! The manager was kind enough to take my dinner off of our check, but that was after my wife had already finished her meal, which still left me without dinner.
My family and I wanted to have dinner before going to our room for the night. We came in from a long drive since we were on a road trip. The line to get in I did no think was bad. The woman who showed us to the table assisted with my moms request since she is disabled. The food was okay, but they did not have too many options. What really bothered us was that we found the staff being rude to another handicapped person who brought in their service dogs. The staff let them pay, then come in to eat, and then all of a sudden made them leave. The girl with the handicapped woman seemed to be just a teenager. She was sitting there alone and they were completely avoiding her and ignoring her. She just wanted to order the drinks THEY PAYED for and get them to go since they were being told to get out. My mom and I heard this happening and then we asked a staff member if they could help the girl. The lady went to try and get someone but was pulled away by another lady. This lady told her to ignore them and do not talk to them because of the dogs? I am unsure of all the details. Something about the dog nipping the waitress? But my family of 3 were sitting right next to them and saw the entire encounter. The dogs were under the table as they requested. The dogs were not being loud or disruptive to my table or any of the others. We never saw the waitress go near their table after seating them. Just heard her talking smack to the other workers, and then involving the managers. We left before the people with the dogs so I do not know what happened after that. We were just disgusted at how a young woman was being treated, without anyone seeing what she was even asking. The drinks they payed for. To go.
