Big Mikes Grill House - Bullard

Ive given this place a couple of opportunities to redeem itself.....and it's just consistently bad. The foods bland and the service is just terrible. Every venture to this place took over an hour to get in and out, and there was not but 2 other tables there. Definitely don't do this place for lunch if you need a quick in and out meal.

Been here a few times and was really impressed with food during our last visit. Burgers, fried shrimp, baked potatoes, mac n cheese and $2.50 margaritas were all great.

My husband and I really enjoy this place. The food and drinks are awesome and the staff is very pleasant... Especially Shelly. We also enjoy the atmosphere...... stop in and enjoy their onion rings and have a cold beer.......

We were meeting a group at the nearby winery and arrived to the area early...so we stopped here for a drink. We got quick service at the bar and my vodka soda was just fine.Unfortunately, the ambiance of the restaurant area and bar left a lot to be desired, and the bar was a little sticky to the touch. We also felt like the menu needed a bit of focus: there was burgers, Italian, Mexican, Pizza, etc. And all of their small bites were fried everything (i.e. frozen). Big Mikes was perfect for what it was: a drink in a pinch. But we wouldn't come back for food or for drinks on the regular.

My husband and I came here for a quick lunch over our noon hour. HORRIBLE IDEA! After waiting for 30minutes our food was up and the waitress told us she was getting it. 15 minutes later I asked again and told her at this point we needed it to go. 5 more minutes we finally got it boxed up. The food was obviously not fresh. My husband ordered a bacon cheeseburger, he got a burger patty on a bun, nothing else. I ordered the grilled steak wrap. The steak was old. I ended up throwing it away after a few bites. It was soggy and wet for some reason. The fries had obviously been sitting under a warmer as well. The waitress was then rude to us. Save your money and time go somewhere else.
