Bidrage med feedbackThe service at this restaurant is very friendly, and they offer a great selection of vegan dishes, with a bit more options for vegetarians. After dining on Uzbek cuisine for a week, vegans will appreciate the variety here. They even have craft beers available! I highly recommend this place.
This restaurant appears to be a popular spot in the city, with a unique mix of Uzbek and European decor, a fully equipped stage, screens showcasing the latest Gucci runway, and loudspeakers playing passionate Russian pop songs. The place was filled with local families and groups of friends. While the menu offers a variety of options including pasta, pizza, sushi, and Uzbek specialties, the vegan choices are limited. We tried the pasta with vegetables and ordered a side dish of meat for some added protein. Everything was delicious! If you're in Bukhara and looking to dine at a restaurant enjoyed by locals, give this place a try.
When you're tired of Uzbek cuisine, this restaurant is a great option. The pizzas are homemade, though I'm not sure if they can accommodate vegan options if you order without cheese. They also offer vegetarian pasta dishes.
An Italian restaurant might not seem like a first choice in Uzbekistan, but this place felt like an oasis of western standards in Central Asia while prices were still acceptable. They had an English menu, and the staff was also English speaking and very engaged. We ate vegetable shashlik and a (rather thin) cheese less pizza on the comfortable terrace, which featured cooling water spray. Shishas are available outside, and inside is a karaoke bar and a shop.
No one really spoke English. I told the waiter no broth or milk in the suppe and he nodded in agreement. then I noticed the skin that forms on milk when he brought my lens soup and noticed that something went beyond the taste. there was finally seen. the pizza I ordered without cheese was served with cheese. I was frustrated to send everything back to the kitchen, so I paid for my bruschetta and have upset and hurt myself that I had a spoon of a non-food article in my body.
