I ordered my Christmas Turkey from honey baked ham on 12/15 for a 12/23 delivery. It never showed. I received no updates or notification that it was delayed and so I held onto hope it would be here in time. by 12/24 6pm the tracking still said it was on time to be delivered before end of day on 12/24. By the time the tracking had updated to 12/27 all the stores were closed. You guys ruined our Christmas dinner. If your are marketing for the purpose of providing options for Christmas dinner you have to figure a better way to fulfill that . Something told me not to order everything from you guys and thankfully made sides on my own. We won't trust you guys with something so important again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else .

I was charged the 80$, but never sent my confirmation email to pick up my order. I have spent the last hour trying to contact this location to just make Sure everything was processed correctly. I understand the location closes at 7:30, and they’re ready to get out of there. The employees closing tonight has answered the phone and hung up immediately now 7 times. I just wanted to check on my order. I have spent 80$ and have received zero help. Unreal.

I can't remember the names of everyone but Lakeisha was out that Saturday so the people that were there know who they are that's two weeks ago and they were fantastic. Service was quick friendly and efficient and they were very informative. Once again I am glad that this business is in my neighborhood.
