Bidrage med feedbackTried to go through the drive through and at 917PM the store is shut down but it's clearly people still working so is there any particular reason why this location was closed before 10PM this is not the first time this has happened it's getting old.if you don't like the job change your profession customer service is not for everyone.
The “general manager” Alexis was a very nasty and rude person. I went through the drive thru and tried to use a coupon code from the app itself but it wasn’t working on their end and when I asked if she could price adjust it she told me that wasn’t possible. I’ve been to this tim hortons on MULTIPLE occasions and someone there has always price adjusted it for me because there thing was down. when I pointed out who, she said I was a “liar”. She then asked him and he said he did indeed price adjust! then she turned to me and said he wouldn’t be working there anymore. ??Her behavior was absolutely unprofessional and disgusting. Even when I was in the drive thru she had a horrible horrible attitude! i’ll be calling corporate on her, for not only saying she was going to fire the guy who previously price adjusted things for me (BECAUSE there thing was broken) but also because she was just being a poor employee. the disrespect was absolutely insane . never coming to this location again.
In very upset because The dinner room supposed to be open at 4:30 I drive a bus so there no way of getting my coffee, there was a employee shoveling and I ask him why are the lobby doors locked and he turned around and went inside I'm so upset after I've been coming for years
Our second surprise visit... Sadly another preventable problem. My daughter I stopped by on our way home at the drivethru. Perfect prompt polite service again, same gentleman. I 'm thinking 5 star service! We ordered 2 beverages 2 sandwiches. Everything looked right about the order preparation etc so we were cashed out. My daughter ate her sandwich on the way home, she said it was good. Once home I took my sandwich out the bag I felt a brick hard roll the sandwich comes on (BLT). I literally had to pick the toppings off eating them because over 75% of the top bottom roll was stale-hard! I know those rolls don 't come that way!! Sad I have to keep going out of my way to better operating Tim Hortons to get quality food or beverages not out of. I gave 5 stars for the service, 3 stars for atmosphere because you allow a homeless man with shopping cart to stay there all day every day who tries to panhandle customers. I 'm a retired Restaurant General Manager (RGM). Let this survey be your heads up because next time I may just capture audio/video evidence. Teach; Would you eat what you make serve ? You 're better than McDs!
Use the drive-thru here. Service is usually pretty quick. Just get rid of the homeless guy in front of your store.
