The Melting Pot - Buffalo

Went to the melting pot tonight for dinner! Food was excellent, however, the service was phenomenal! Our server Justin was extremely welcoming and personable. Had a great experience all around!

Martin was our waiter and he was great. Very engaging and personal experience the manager came to our table twice which was wonderful and brought us a beautiful plate with a heart shaped rice Krispy and writing for our anniversary. The food was outstanding. The only problem was when we got to our booth the floor was extremely sticky but once we told the manager he expressed his apologizes and took off an item from our bill. It was a wonderful experience that I would recommend.

One of the best meals that I have ever had, the food was incredible and the service provided by our waiter Nathan was top-notch, we will definitely be back!

Great meal! I have never had fondue with raw meat and veggies! It was a lot of fun! The only thing I would say is a little more dessert fondue in the pots. Everything was delicious!

This place is amazing! Love how it's cooked in front of you! It's delicious! Our waiter Alex was the best!
