Subway - Buffalo

I've never been in Subway since it opened its new store. I think I drove thru the parking lot. I'm sure it's fine but I wish you had to enter a business before Google asks you to review!

Orders all messed up. Left message for manager and they still haven 't responded in over a week. One employee acted like she didn 't even want to serve us and messed the orders up. Sad for the new Subway. One gal working there was doing her best to bea good employee and covering all the bases, Bella thank you for being a good worker!

My husband brought home a 12 sub and they must have forgot the meat! For $12.00 I had 2 thin slices of ham that wasn't even enough to make it to the ends. Plenty of tomatoes, so I guess I got a veggie sub. We will not be back. This was the second time of being disappointed, should've learned after the first time when the meatballs were cold. Hoping Taco Bell comes here!
