Sato - Buffalo

The sushi rolls at this restaurant are not only delicious but also beautifully presented. However, the wait time for the food was quite lengthy, over an hour. When I went to pick up my order at the window, it took a while for any of the four staff members behind the bar to acknowledge me. It was a little strange, especially considering there were signs posted asking customers not to tap on the window. Despite these issues, I highly recommend trying the Teriyaki roll and California roll with added crunch; they were the standout dishes.

Authentic Japanese trembling and sushi. there is a lot of dressed, including monthly eating and drinks specialties, vegetarian options and vegan options. for the summer there is a private garden behind the terrace.

I always want to ram and snuck my target. there are many options on the menu and I ordered the spicy miso ramen. it is so good. excellent eating and friendly service!

Super friendly and fast service, delicious and creative sushi (big omakase plate) to extremely cheap trips. miso caramel donuts served steaming hot was a perfect crispy tasty to finish the meal. very happy to have a welcoming, lively place like sato in the neighboring. they sit on the bar when they can. they always have a lavender limonade.

Our server was great. I wish I got her name. very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. the salmon teriyaki roll tasted so fresh. the ramen was delicious and I now have a new respect for the snake. I'm going to believe
