Pano's - Buffalo

We have been coming to pano for almost 20 years and were excited that it was finally reopened. eating was not good at all. I have the medium sea plate and there was nothing medium. it was listed as gluten free and the waiter said they only get the brot. the plate had half a glass of plastered articock hearts, a dry salate and no dressing, hummus, which was much too thick and a few other rugged koks. in a word it was terrible. my friends weren't happy with their men. everything in all it was very disappointing and we will not be back.

Some of the menu items were not available. 6 of us were on a stand much better suited for 4 people. Eating was okay, but we probably won't return.

The food was average. it was unhappy hot inside. the doors were open, they were flying in.

Very slow service. Not better since renovation was done

Totally new decor which at first seems bright and open. But it turns out the brightness lends itself more to a cafeteria diner than the cozy restaurant it used to be. And my absolutely favorite dish the beef gyro was completely ruined! It's supposed to be a rolled pita smothered with the yummy tsaziki sauce. Instead it was flat with about a tsp of the sauce with some of the beef and a few tomatoes and lettuce. Uh, no lettuce on a gyro. When I asked for more sauce, the server brought a teeny little plastic cup. The calamari was soggy. The meals also took forever. Not the Panos we knew and loved.
