Fuji Grill 2 - Buffalo

Went on New Year's Eve with a group of 8. We were seated shortly after our reservation time which wasn't a problem. Staff was pleasant and attentive. Chef was entertaining and skilled. It was a fun filled evening.

The food was ok, the waitress was so confused about what we wanted, and got our bill wrong, it had to much on it. It had our neighbors item on it

What an experience. Delicious food and amazing hibachi chefs! Make sure you try the filet Mignon hibachi!!

Fuji grill suffered pretty badly from a staffing shortage just after the pandemic. I'm glad to see they've recovered the quality of service and food.

Best hibachi spot. Has to be the fuji grill 2 location though. The one in transit near main was terrible.
