Fuji Grill - Buffalo

My daughter took me here for my birthday. We had a sushi appetizer and Hibachi dinner. We also had some delicious drinks. The appetizer was fresh and tender. The chef was engaging and entertaining. Plenty of sake to stir things up a bit. My daughter had scallops hibachi. They were cooked perfectly to a golden brown. I had lobster hibachi. The flavor was out of this world. Portions were generous and we left with plenty of left-overs. Oh yea, cause it was my birthday, the staff brought free scoop ice cream with a candle and nicely decorated plate. Banging their drum they sang happy birthday. Fugi Grill was a fun change from the average sit down dinner. Nice change up for my birthday.

We ordered takeout hibachi dinners for 18 people, and the staff cooked everything wonderfully! Each order was perfect and customized as each person had requested, and the staff labeled each takeout container with the proper name, which was SO helpful. They included large amounts of extra sauce, as well as complimentary sushi rolls (for which we will be back!! Many thanks for making our company lunch so easy and delicious! Wonderful food and plenty of it. The habachi chef was so entertaining and gave us plenty of saki shooters. It was Mother’s Day so we were given a flower too. Thanks Fuji for making it a great night!

I love Fugi Grill Transit. The food is amazing and the staff is great! When you go there for a special occasion, they make the person of honor feel extremely special. Took my daughter there for her birthday. She felt like she was a queen the entire time we were there. Will definitely return and recommend them to everyone!

The hibachi and the sushi were both outstanding. The staff was friendly and entertaining, and they helped make a special night even better. We can’t wait to go back
