Carbone's Pizza Subs - Buffalo

We ordered through Uber Eats and the order kept getting bounced around so when we called to tell them we will just come pick it up, it's already been over an hour at this point, we were told the driver had the wrong order and they had to fix our order so we waited another 20 minutes. The woman at the counter was beyond rude, we got stuck with cold pizza and soggy fries. Never had a problem before and always loved the food but this was a mess and they refused to do anything to fix it.

Really loved the honey crust option. Toppings were spot on too. Will go back to try the new york crust.

Best pizza I’ve ever had. We walked in and ordered. Patient staff helped us with sauces and crust. Waited 30 minutes and picked up and paid for our order, a small meat pizza which was plenty of food for two adults. It was amazing. We took it to Frequentem Brewing Co and enjoyed it with a craft beer.

They didn't help with the order and the food was delivered incorrectly, they didn't send me what I ordered. And they didn't help me, with the situation.

Forgot my Sub wrong. But the food is usually amazing.
