Wendy's

The fries could have been more crispy, the frosty machine was broken, the ketchup dispenser was empty. The only good part was getting my drink.

Worst meal I've ever had from a Wendy's! Cold fries, meat over cooked. Yuk.

Waited in the drive thru after we ordered.....for cold food and unmelted cheese. 5 cars behind us received their food before us. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I don't know what's going on with the Wendy's In Shepherdsville But it has gone downhill!!! My burger was definitely NOT cooked fresh!!!..There wasn't any ice in the soda machine!!!..and then the redhead at the counter had an ATTITUDE, NOT just with me but with a customer that was ahead of Me..Tried to give them another chance...BIG MISTAKE!!!!!...*Update (3/7'24)... tried it again this place still SUCKS!!!!!!...

Went there for breakfast on my break. 8 minutes later after being told 1 minute I said Hello, are you there? . The lady then rudely said you don 't have to wait here, there are other places to eat around here '. Only 1 other car in the drive thru and they were sitting at the window the entire time. Rude disgusting behavior.
