Bidrage med feedbackI went here on June 30th at noon. In order to access to the Japanese garden you have to pay a fee. They say at the entrance that the value of the tickets are going to be discounted from the lunch bill. This is true...only if you are Argentinian resident. When I claimed the discount the manager was very rude explaining the situation. They really need to put a very clear sign at the entrance about this. I have to say that the sushi was good. The mains were OK but very expensive. They really need to work in customer service.
Very nice to visit the Japanese Garden but stay clear of the restaurant. The waitress gave the minimum of service; she wasn 't rude or anything, she was just very I 'm doing my job what do you want? She never once asked us how the meal...was, for instance. A glance at the menu was enough to see that this place was expensive. (We paid 1300 for a set menu of 35 pieces sashimi and sushi) We were already a bit sceptical because you can often tell by service alone if the kitchen holds a high standard. And the sushi we got was pretty disappointing. It tasted pretty bland, but granted it wasn 't horrible either. The only thing that was really, really bad.. considering it is a Japanese place.. was the fact that five of the sashimi pieces was cut wrong. So we were basically chewing sinew. This is a huge no-no for anyone calling themselves a sushi restaurant and combined with the very high prices and the pretty cold service I would stay clear.
Very good food and taty. Quiet place. We had a chicken and rice and fish and vegetables tampura. very good service
The sushi was very good. I was surprised. They had two veggie rolls. But it was very expensive. And for 200 pesos you had only five pieces.
A very tasty sushi lunch in what was obviously a very popular restaurant. Despite being very busy, staff were helpful, pleasant and efficient and we did not have to wait too long for our food.
