Paru Inkas Sushi & Grill - Buenos Aires

Very good place Japanese Peruvian fission. We order special ceviche of high quality and salmon shoots with maracuyá of entrance. Then we ask for sushi in various ways. They do not have a recommended table or recommend something for several people. We were five people so we had to improvise and order a variety. Some of great quality and taste and others not so good. In general it was a very good experience, rich and in a modern and pleasant atmosphere. Prices are a little expensive. There are better quality places to similar flavors if they only look for sushi. Its strong point are the fusion dishes!

Since I live in Buenos Aires I may write this review not as a tourist but as a resident. Paru is one of my 5 favorites restaurants in the city. Food, drinks and ambience have an extraordinary level and it’s Peruvian plus Japanese fusión proposal...offers delicious ceviches and tiraditos, very tasty main courses like the picante de mariscos of the green rice and the deserts semifeddo de dulce de leche and the suspiro volcánico are impossible to be missed.

Paru is an Excellent Pervuvian-Japanise restaurant with excellent choices. Not only rolls, they offer excellent Grilled options. This time we ordered Shrimps, rolls including Huancaina Roll and Sampler Desserts. Its not cheap as we paid ARS 1.300 per person but worth every peso. They have...Vallet Parking and let you add the service tip to the credit card which is very convenient... We will return soon.
