Went there because we always pass by and wanted to try it out. When we entered the "seater" told us that the concept is difficult and he has to explain to new guests how it works. This already made me laugh a bit. So basically they have high tables where its supposed to be self service (10% discount) and tables in the "restaurant part" which are served. Observed this a bit during our stay and its not really working since people sat down wherever they wanted. We decided to choose the high table section and had to order at the bar. Ordered one shawarma and a bondiola sandwich and 2 beers (490 pesos with discount) - thats very very expensive. The girl at the cashier gave us one of this electronic things and told us to choose a table and wait until it lights up - so we can get our food. When asking for the beer she said that it will be served even though we choose the self service option. We sat down, waited like 10 minutes but no beer arrived. So I got up and asked another guy in a black suit (I figured he would work there since he was always moving around chairs) about the beers. He told me that he has to ask the supervisor and finally the supervisor told me that I had to get the beer on my own in the bar section. The cashier and the bar section are about 50 cm apart - so I went back there and ordered the beer and finally got some good tasting IPAs.After 15 minutes the food was ready too.. The shawarma was not bad but a bit cold (maybe because of the joghurt) but my friends bondiola sandwich was a desaster. Not the taste because it actually tasted quite nice with the cucumber and the spicy mustard but as soon as you lifted it up it fell apart. The bread felt apart - so it was a real mess to eat it and therefore not really recommenable. Was a confusing night at the place. Was not bad, but nothing to go back.
