Small and special restaurant for a real experience in Argentina! Ask for meat or cheese empanada!
Hidden over this place not far from where we stayed and wished we had discovered it earlier. Friendly staff, cheap and tasty red wine, and really secretly, considerable Argentine cuisine. Only disappointment was that not all elements were present on the menu. But we would definitely have come back and would recommend it to everyone!
Close to the Congress and the famous Corrientes Street in Buenos Aires you will get really good food in a beautiful little restaurant. My friend and I lived near the REstaurante and we went there once a week (Saturday or Friday). The homemade empanadas are... world class, and the chicken Joe ( chicken in a mustard sauce with oven potatoes) as well. On Thursday they have a small tango show that makes the atmosphere even better. Even if I no longer live in this area, I will return to this place full of love
If you want to visit Buenos Aires and near the Theaterviertel (Avenida Corrientes) and enjoy homemade dishes autochthon: this is the place! simple, small place, few tables (no more than 10), relaxed environment, you can reserve (4371-0225). The service can be...slow: food is processed at the time: it can mean a considerable waiting time. But it is worth enjoying a hot salad (homemade bread pastry, salad, mushrooms, olives and bacon (cooked for two)! Or choose dishes from local cuisine as Carbonada (bef, potatoes, squash and carrot stew) or Locro (pork, beef, bacon, carrots, corn) , Empanadas (meat or chicken or corn, boiled in baked dough) , plates from British cuisine as Pastel de Papas (based in the Cottage Pie) you can also enjoy the Stone Cream (thin) Must: Corn beef or stew served in baked dough in bowl. For all this and much more when you visit the city devote yourself to eating a night there! The prices are very good!!!!
Amooooo. chicken and spinach ravioles with tuco are the best I ate in a long time! and the entrance bread is a rich, mega recommending genius. the owners a divine
