Starbucks - Buellton

Thank you for making my drink exactly like I asked and my food was nice and hot ?? Way better than Lompoc!

Somehow never manage to get my order right. I only go here when I?m in desperate need of caffeine and the local shops are closed. I never order anything extremely difficult to make. I ordered a mocha with caramel syrup and received a caramel latte. Another time I ordered two brown sugar lattes and a matcha latte with vanilla and received all marchas with brown sugar. Went back in four times, they never got it right. They?re friendly but some just don?t know how to make drinks. Giving two stars for effort ig. Don?t go to this location lol

The location is convenient with easy access from the freeway. Parking is acceptable, although a little tight at times. There is a drive through option at this locaton, although I did not choose to use it. The inside was reasonably clean. The staff was friendly and expedient with orders. The bathrooms could use a little sprucing up and standard paper towel dispensers for drying your hands.

My review is for the team and not the food and drinks. A couple of weeks ago on a road trip with my family, I accidentally left behind my purse with a significant amount of cash. I called in later that day when I realized what had happened and was told someone put the bag in the safe. Because I am not in the area I asked if it could be mailed out and the manager graciously agreed. I just received the bag with all its contents. Thank you for going above and beyond for a stranger who was passing by. You saved this mom from a lot of time and headaches to gather new cards, license and my bonus. I appreciate you!

I just love Starbucks overall but this is one of my favorite ones to go to. The staff is friendly (thank you Renee), the service is fast, and I always find my drink of choice unlike my local Starbucks.
