La locanda offers excellent and authentic Italian delights in almost all variations. the combination of salmon with black rice I had never eaten before, although I cost the culinary specialties almost in every area italiens. also the family behind it is lovely and this is just one of the many reasons why it prepares such a joy to stay there longer. I'm still totally thrilled and almost in the thankful that there is this wonderful restaurant in büdingen.
