Kind of cozy, good service a mix of things to eat and a well run bar. What more could you want? AND most importantly you can have a conversation without shouting. Perhaps a little lower on the lights would make it romantic..... Didn't see anything...Romanian here so maybe there is some typical Romanian nibble food they could serve? After all they have an Argentine steak and an American hamburger. But, a really nice place to have a drink or a glass of wine.

It was okay, but a bit disappointed after all the good records that it was more like a pub, but was really like any hotel bar in a 5* hotel a bit impersonal and very pretty. Drink well and the first... we have a bowl of nuts etc., but not with the next. Service good, but just not pub like.
