Bidrage med feedbackSwung by to run in and grab a coffee, only to find they’ve blocked off their register area and have signs up saying you can only order by mobile app or drive-thru! What?!! No reason at to why, but it appeared to be normal for them as the signs didn’t look temporary. Plenty of people working behind the counter, so staffing shortage wasn’t a reason.Either way, left and went somewhere else. I have the mobile app and use it when the time works for it. But this is Starbucks. A business that is known around the world. You know what to expect when you go to one. This is the first one I’ve been to that didn’t seem to have itself together. I also checked their info online and it’s noted to take orders at the counter. So not sure who’s managing this place, but I won’t be back.
This place refused to take my order as a walk in customer. They said drive-thru and mobile orders only. I will not return.
Went to get the new Pumpkin drink today as it’s the first day! I also always order 4 Trenta waters every time i go to this Starbucks. The woman(Susan) at the window proceeds to give me grande sized waters. I ask if I can get Trenta waters and she insists I grab the cup hold of grande waters and says “grande”. I said No I got Trenta waters. She then says “oh we are too busy to make the Trenta waters right now so you have to take these.If you want the Trenta, you’d have to come back around and order it” I told her “but I ordered Trenta” she then goes to her coworkers with an attitude and comes back and tells me my scan she processed didn’t work. I don’t remember her attempting it at all but it has gone though before. I understand if she’s new and that maybe there’s a simple misunderstanding but you don’t say “we’re too busy to make you a replacement or come back around”. I have my daughter who was fussy in the car . I used the long line drive thru for that particular reason. I’m not going all the way around for WATER. I don’t agree with the attitude and the unprofessionalism from Susan. I just used another form of payment, got my drinks and asked for her name because if it were me on her position, it would be done this exact way.
I’ve been holding off on this review for a long time hoping something would change but I’m just forced to now. The only consistency in this Starbucks is how consistently bad they make their drinks and that’s a feat considering their drinks are usually the same across all starbucks. I’m not sure what they’re doing her but I WOULD NOT waste your time or money. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I had to for how bad they make their drinks here. And I can’t imagine they’d do anything different from any starbucks but it is CONSISTENTLY bad. Im not sure what they are doing but my drink always has no syrup and watered down. So you’re paying $8 for water. NO THANK YOU. Would give negative stars but I can’t.
I went there for mother's day and my wife got a free coffee for being a mother. I went there for Father's day and they didn't do anything for us Father's. Way to go Starbucks for me feel unappreciated and undervalued that day.
