Bidrage med feedbackI visited this restaurant with my friends and wife. It was a live music concert. Good music, not very good service, slow and not very attentive waiters. Honestly, just for the restaurant, we're not going back.
They were here at 3:00 for food and drinks. Beer is good, food is so and so. Had chips as a starter for two, then my girlfriend had fish and chips that were very good. For me was a little disappointing. I have the Chinese style ribs that were served this time with a ton of carrot cake (if it is ineffective), completely covered. Not so great would I say... they completely ruined the recipe or had a rookie cook... that is a court to avoid...
A colleague and myself stumbled upon “The Pub” having wandered around Bucharest looking for a bite to eat and a drink. The variety of food was very much in keeping with what you would expect of this type of establishment and the staff were readily...available to translate the menu in perfect English. The food and drink were reasonably priced and we found the service to be excellent, however there was hardly anyone in the place. In fact the whole of Bucharest was near enough a ghost town see picture). If you want a beer and a “pub” dinner, then this a good place to go. The caveat to all of this is it was really, really quiet, there was no band or entertainment. Some of the previous posts had complained about the service I imagine when it was really busy), but we found quite the opposite. Highly amusing mural in the gents
Had to wait for over an hour to even get our order taken. We had to talk to over 5 different waiters to get someone to respond to us, and we even had a reservation. Staff doesn’t seem to care about their customers, would not...recommend to anybody
5 days a week live music events, especialy rock which go well with the good beer and pub food. It is not a pub where you can spend all night. Live events finish before 12, so you should come around 9 pm.
