We had a lot of courses: octopus salad, foie gras, Crab tartar, Onion soup, Red tuna, Saint-Jacques, Beef filet, Osso buco and almost all deserts of which Osso buco was the best and the rest were average to good...The waiter forgot 2 bar orders, a coffee and a water. For such a restaurant I find this totally unacceptable.
French customers can be attracted by this restaurant which is usually good and French speaker employees. The service is perfect, the menu varied as the wine. I went several times but I was disappointed few days ago ... ordering rear entrecôte and French fries ... the entrecôte was well cooked, hard and French fries carbonized. I recommend definitely the risotto. Nevertheless, I'll come back to it because it's usually good ... bad luck for this time. I'm sure that next time my rating will be higher.
It is a very special restaurant in Bucarest. The menu is right size offering much more than you can expect for each choice. Special flavors and tastes in each bite. Excellent romanian wine options! Excellent services! Highly recommend It.
Clearly it is a class restaurant for those with fine tastes. Situated close to Romana Square, you can walk to a 10-minute walk from Victoriei Square. The restaurant does not have many types of food and the specific is international, rather Italian style. I liked octopus salad, and beef. Very good Romanian wines.The pleasant atmosphere, complemented by attentive and smiling employees.
Friday evening, family and a reserved table at La Cantine de Nicolai.We came here for the first time necause they gosted a special day with fresh see fruits arrived from France special for this day. Everything is exquisite!The plate with see fruits was very large and tasty accompanied by a rose wine from Liliac Winery!The words are to small to describe the place.Relaxed athmosphere, professional and friendly staff, delicios dessert: williams pears in anason souce!!!Is an expensive place but, is worth every penny!!!Congrats Nicolai Tand!
