Black Buffalo Kitchen & Bar - Bucharest

The place serves one of the best selections of burgers in Bucharest, and I've tried a few. The lamb burger for example, or the farm burger are quite good. The service ... not so much, a bit slow and hard to get the correct check at the end :)In all... recomended to try but the Masterschef logo and brand demand more

Nu revin si nici nu recomand.After two wonderful previous experiences (with a couple of delicious ribs) I am put in front of this (all delivery orders):- 3 raw veal ribs- raw fried potatoes, which were old and slightly heated- sour coleslaw salad (mayo seemed to be bad, but they said that the "new" recipe included mustard)- bad customer services - employees who speak to customers as if they've know each other for agesWill not be returning as a customer in order to receive this indigestion-causing meal, do not recommend.

Bucharest has some great burger places and we thought Black Buffalo was one of them. Unfortunately, it was not the case. The burgers are about average: nothing special about the meat (and you don't get to choose how it is done), the sauces are fat and based on the cheapest mayonnaise and the taste generally lacks any excitement. It is also expensive (they ask 8-12 € for a burger) and value for money is subpar. If you want great burgers you should definitely go for Vivo or Symbio - they are worlds away from Black Buffalo.

The burgers were really good, quality meat, served with decent fries. The only recommendation would be to ask the customers how they would like their meat - all burgers were served well done.

So, my friends and I have decided to have a nice dinner at your recommended restaurant on April 9th. My friend made a reservation for 10 people by phone and was asked to send a SMS with the details, and so she did. A few hours before the reserved time we had to change our plans and cancel the reservation. The person over the phone asked to send a cancellation SMS. And *this* is the answer my friend got in return:"Please next time don't bother making a reservation for this restaurant. Have a good day "So don't worry Black buffalo kitchen, non of us will ever make a reservation at your restaurant. All 10 of us see your message as a rude violation of respect to your customers. We also will make sure that non of our colleagues and friends will "bother" you with reservations. Shame on you!
