Subway - Buchanan

We were charged for Titan subs and there was the same amount of meat as a regular sub. The dark haired young lady was acting like she didn't want to do her job.

I had a coupon for a discount and was told that we don't expect coupons not any at all

There's a skinny dark haired girl that works there alot. She is very rude. I went in a few days ago and she said they were out of meats balls, and without skipping a beat she said they were about to close. It was 4:32 pm. I went in today, ask if she was having a better day, immediate attitude again. I'm going to have to guess that since I didn't tip on my previous visits, she doesn't want to serve me. For the life of me, I can't think of any reason I've gotten under her skin.Very rude and bad for business.

No complaints.....yet nothing to brag about .. clean facility and nice employees...

Absolutely perfect ? fast friendly service, the place smelled as delicious as our food! Couldn't resist the warm cookies!!
