Papa Johns Pizza - B-town

The worst ordering experience of any pizza store I've interacted with. I called to order a pizza and got a computer instead of a human. It couldn't place my order, so it transferred me to speak with a human. I thought it was just gonna call the store. Nope. Call center in India. After I explained my order to the call center employee he put me on hold. Their hold music is a loud obnoxious ad that loops over and over. After like 10 minutes I finally placed my order and got one pizza (it wasn't that good). In every single step of the process I could feel the filthy tendrils of a massive corporation making it harder than it had to be. I will never order from a Papa John's again.

Not what I expected from the commercials used to go years ago, and it was very good. Not so much now kinda bland and garlic butter was not garlic kinda confused about it all, sorry but I call em like I see em.

Ordered a pizza and Papa bites and they were not fully cooked still very doughy in center. Also ordered boneless wings, which were just a chicken nuggets with sauce drizzled over them, they were not even tossed in a sauce. Was nothing like the picture displayed online. was a waste of money and ended up being unable to eat any of the food

I ordered the heart shaped pizza, hot wings, and boneless wings. The pizza was so thin and pathetic my 9 year old and 13 year old wouldn’t even eat it. They love pizza! The traditional wings were so chewy and disgusting and there was a huge fatty piece that I couldn’t understand why it was in the wings. The only true edible part were the boneless wings, the entire meal was cold. Awful never again. I also had to cut it myself.
