Absolutely horrible customer service. Management playing lottery scratch tickets, beers is poured 3 times complete foam and they would ask you just sit and wait till foam goes away?? Extremely unfriendly, I went with a handicap person and they made them feel so uncomfortable my friend requested they have someone else handle our orders within 15min of being there. Then they over charged me $50 issued refund, then when I got home there was an unauthorized charge of $25??? I will be calling the police Tuesday morning after labor day. Flat beer they expect you to wait for, Makes handicap people feel really uncomfortable, Over charges hoping you don't see, Unauthorized charges to your credit card after you leave . And what the restaurant says is absolutely false, they are now saying they comped my bill???? I asked for my bill so I could leave. Great service and company! Best neighborhood bar! The food must definitely be good. Love the burgers, cheese steak, salmon wrap, French onion...
