Stumbled upon this taco truck while we were the area. By far the best tacos in the Vancouver area. We had the torta with chorizo and salad with al pastor. Fantastic and fresh. The pickled carrots are phenomenal and the staff is super friendly!!

So in Vancouver, Washington we have Muchas Gracias. It is a chain of restaurants. Every Mexican I talked to is not a fan. I used to work in Portland, near Rose City Taqueria.
